Extras-Jonathan Ross episode

I was watching episodes of Extras this morning (I'd seen them before, but was watching the DVDs again) and I had forgotten how funny this episode is. Maggie goes on a date with this guy and he takes her back to his place—where he lives with his parents.

The conversation with the parents is one of the funniest scenes. Maggie's reactions are priceless.

She couldn't name the countries in North America!

This women was almost Vice-President of the United States and she couldn't name the countries in NORTH AMERICA (but, she could see Russia from her house). She thought Africa was A COUNTRY!

We are a "center right" country

Thank you, think progress for putting together this great video about how orchestrated talking points are on the right.

Of course, polling data does not back any of these claims up. In poll after poll, this country backs progressive policies (especially on economic issues).

McCain Fine Gold. White Oprah. This is incredibly hilarious, but I can't believe McCain went through with this. Even though he's there, he's not really IN on the joke. He still is THE joke. Strange.

You can't act this dumb

I USEDed to love Victoria Jackson and really thought that she played a dumb blonde very well on SNL back in the 80s and early 90s. Who knew that she wasn't acting?

That is Janine Turner to the right of Victoria Jackson in the video. She is starting to look like a cross between Skeletor-Barbie and Laura Ingraham, at least in the face. I guess she's earned enough money from the Restasis commercials?
